Stock Number Plates from National Numbers

We have an extensive range of stock number plates purchased from auctions or from members of the public. Our stock number plates are held, very conveniently, on retention or entitlement certificates in the office. There is just one exception - N. Ireland has not been granted the facility for placing registration marks onto retention yet, therefore, we hold a collection of vehicles in N.I. to act as "coat-hangers" for the N.I. stock number plates.

What are the advantages of buying our stock number plates?

As stated above, the vast majority of our stock number plates are held on certificates. This means that, following a sale; all we have to do is send the certificate to DVLA to have a nominee change to match the keeper of the vehicle to which it will be assigned. In fact, with our stock number plates, on entitlement certificates, we can both change the nominee and assign the mark at the same time at our local Department of Transport Office - thus the mark can be on the buyer's vehicle within 2 or 3 days.

Even if our client doesn't have a vehicle ready to receive the registration mark, our stock number plates can be held on certificate until required.

Our stock number plates on N.I. certificates

Previously, it was stated that N.I. marks could not be placed on retention yet. However, we do hold a range of N.I. marks on entitlement certificates. These are marks that have never been used on vehicles and have been issued via DVLNI auction or tender.

This is a very popular range within our stock number plates - the only complication is that, at present, these plates have to be assigned first to a vehicle registered in N.I. before being transferred to a G.B. registered vehicle. However, we can handle this "line of dominoes" effect using our collection of vehicles in N.I. (as mentioned before).
